the organisation is bound in its scope by the fellowing
objectives:
- To advocate for protection and promotion of human rights for all persons regardless of their status in the community
- To help communities eradicate poverty
- To build partnerships with various stakeholders at district, national and international level
ALEJO COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROJECT HIV POLICY
ALEJO COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROJECT has found itself at the centre of the prevailing social challenges such as that relating to HIV/AIDS; therefore our organization shall encourage all its members of staff, the Board members and the general membership to undergo through Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) in order to know their status.
We shall further take keen interest to support HIV/AIDS awareness activities thus to disseminate information on the precautions and treatment of HIV/AIDS related diseases. We shall also oppose all forms of discrimination against people living with HIV/AIDS.
